I understood that u passed out by Nov 2011.
u can approach to the CA institute and checking on ur mails and ICAI website. The campus interview is purely on merit basis.

If u passed nov 11 then campus for feb- march 12 is already timed out i.e. login time has passed so u can surely appear on sep 12 campus programme.
