09 December 2013 From 1 July 2012 onwards all services except those are in Negative List and those covered in notification no. 25/2012 ST become taxable.

Prior to 1 July 2012 camera man services are liable to tax under photography services governed by clause (ZB)of sub section 105 of section 65 of the Finance Act 1994.
