Whether GST ITC reporting will be covered under this Clause ?

No need to show in fin yr 2018-19. Inference - rule 3 of CENVAT Credit rules, 2017.

There is an anomaly. While the utility of Form 3CD requires reporting of ITC, the form as provided in rules is not amended to include the words Input Tax Credit. Thus, the predominant view is that it should not be reported. However, in my view if the details are available the same should be reported, rather than taking an ultra-technical view.
