would I allowed to use casio dj240d plus 14 digits calculator

If the calculator have additional features like "Tax", it is not advisable to carry such calculator to the exam hall. You just need to possess a calculator with simple mathematical functions like addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, square root that's it.
