I have one doubt in calculation of share value on the basis of voting right. means whether any difference in voting shares and non voting share. If any provisions is there please tell me

02 July 2010 On the basis of voting rights means on the basis of the value of shares held.

On the basis of number means on the basis of head count i.e. irrespective of the number of shares held, the person is counted as one vote.

There can be no equity shares with no voting rights.
