now calculation on invoice basis..? or payment -invoice which ever is erelier..?

As per my knowledge,
As per Finance Act,Calculation of service tax is based on RECEIPT BASIS. for this Invoice must be issued within 14 days from date..
1.of complition of service OR
2.Of payement received.
Which ever is earlier.
