23 March 2015 Good Evening everybody,
I have some doubts regarding gratuity.
I want to know how much Grautity i will get if i leave the job after 5 yrs.
My basic salary is Rs. 15000/- and take home pay is 28133/-
So my doubt is wheter gratuity is calculated on basic or net take home pay.
Please guide.

23 March 2015 Formula Used : Gratuity Calculation In India = [ (Basic Pay + D.A) x 15 days x No. of years of service ] / 26

Where, D.A = Dearness Allowance.
