Dear Experts
we need to pay on S.tax on Service,and we have input.what my doubt is Education cess& S.H Cess is caluculated before adjustment of input or after adjustment of input tax na.
Please clarify.

FIRST ADJ FOR INPUTS (excl cess) will come and then cess will be added at last.

First actual tax payable (excluding cess) then deduct inputs and finally only if there is still tax payable then add cess to it and pay the bal.
