04 February 2022 I have completed 20 years of service in a private company. I used to receive sales commission for certain months but not regularly. I understand that basic salary, dearness allowance and sales commission are eligible for gratuity calculation. Since the sales commission varies every month and also there was no commission in certain months. So how to calculate my eligible gratuity amount.
