MY date of Birth is 01/03/1955. For Assessment Year 2015-2016, whether I can claim myself as senior citizen ?

You are reaching 60 on 01.03.2015. Since you reached 60 within Previous Year 2014-15 you can claim yourself as senior citizen for Assessment Year 2015-16.

you can get the benefit of age 60. due to you have get age 60 before 31 march.
