28 September 2013 Dear Experts,

I am Nikhil kaushik, one of the fellow expert. For the first time asking a query at!!

For past few days I have not been able to access my profile. Repeated emails to CaClubIndia webmaster team has bore no fruits.

Is there anyone who can assist me on this!!

28 September 2013 Guys already tried that...haven't changed password for 4 years. Blocking - possible, reason - not known!!

In any case, there has to be some mechanism for notification regarding the same!

CCI doesnt block your a/c unless you violate any of its rules!!

What message you are getting after you are entering your email id for resetting password.

28 September 2013 Vaibhav - No idea man. With regards to login errors - I am getting the standard one - either the account is inactive or doesn't exist or the userid or password is wrong. User Id and password I am sure of as I save it my browser. I am still receiving my daily update for Expert queries.

Aryan - already mailed to Vivek ji. No response.

Checked my responses on last 30-40 queries. I don't see any reason for someone to mark them abuse/offensive!!

28 September 2013 Aryan - well the issue isnt that simple! there has to be a mechanism to intimate the user before barring access to the account. Or if that is not the case, then there has to be a retrieval mechanism. Thats the basic of any user id access based system.
