09 April 2013 In case of cab operator service if the provider opts for abatement 100% of service tax has to be paid by the service receiver. Whether service provider has to collect the same by including in the bill or service receiver has to pay directly ? please clarify

09 April 2013 If abatement is taken, service receiver has to pay directly to government under RCM. Service Provider is not required to include in his bill ,the part payable by Service Receiver.
