Ca with cs while doing articles

Sir my friend completed ipcc and CMA INTER. Now he want to do CA articles. He registered for cs to write while doing articles. He want to write CMA FINAL after completion of articles.so which course he should mention in FORM-112. Please suggest me

Mentioning about CS course would be of no harm as CS does not require devotion of time as intern but if any other course compulsorily requires your physical presence somewhere else then your Articeship may not be allowed to continue further because you need to be present in a CA's firm to do articleship, you can take leave for study but a continuous absence will not be accepted.

Thanq u so much sir. is it not necessary to disclose in form 112? I will study on my own preparation by not giving any physical presence somewhere. So it doesn't matter to disclose sir

The basic intention behind Form 112 us that your training as Article is not compromised, if you are taking classes somewhere then you get relaxation but your presence is registered in Office by 11 am and you stay beyond 5pm. If your Other Course does not hamper it then you should not worry disclosing it.
