21 September 2010 What action can be taken against a CA who is illegaly running a girls pg in a residential area and harassing girls and thier parents for money...? Plz Reply.

21 September 2010 First confirm before make an allegation - if it is true, bring the matter to the CA Institute's Notice - Let them advice - Before a person commit a mistake, surrounding people advice him/her to avoid - even after they continue, call and warn and adice. - Taking action against everyone is not a right way to run the society smoothly.
