CA proprietorship to partnership firm conversion procedure

21 September 2021 Dear sir/madam
All, I Am A Chartered Accountant Started Practice In 2017 In Proprietorship Concern And Having Trade Name Registered Under ICAI . My brother Recently Qualified As CA In July 2021 Exams And We Want To Convert My Proprietorship Firm Into Partnership Firm Without Changing The Trade Name As Registered In ICAI. Please provide me procedure for the same which form to be filed and My Question Is Whether Proprietorship FRN No Is Continued In Partnership Firm ..?? Kindly Suggest Me. Thank You

22 September 2021 Sign up a deed of partnership and register with CA portal.
How to register new Proprietary/Partnership Firm on ICAI portal? Select Self-Service Portal link on the top of the screen Login with the help of your id and password Click on Member SSP Portal Select My Firm➣ then Firm Module ➣ Firm New application ➣ Select Firm Constitution (Form 18) Select your option from Partner/proprietor Select Temporary Registration No. and fill in all the required fields. To check the status, log out and re-login at your submitted application (to confirm that your application is moved to RO Level or not) Your application status will flash on the screen: Status of the Form – Complete OTP Status – complete Member Declaration Agreement Upload Status – Complete Application Moved to RO – Yes Approver Action – Pending
