Can a Chartered Accountant whether pursuing final or have completed his CA and doing job becomes the proprietor of the business?

For doing other than CA kind of business, the person needs to have the permission of the council of ICAI whether s/he is CA or pursuing CA

Dear Mr. Shubham,
Before becoming a member of the institute, you can do any business as you please. But once you are a member of ICAI, you are bound to follow it's rules. Refer CA Act, 1949 for details. Prior permission is required as informed by Mr. Amol.
