I am a CA inter and pursuing final. Working in a large MNC as a consultant. The next three levels after consultant is senior consultant then assistant manager then manager..Will I be directly promoted to assistant manager or manager level if I become CA after passing the CA final exam. If not in the same company, if I switch and change the company then can I take a jump to manager level from my current level after passing CA.

As per my opinion your chances are very high for promotion in this company if you clear your CA. However nobody can assure you regarding the same opportunity in case of new company.
So You should stick to this company for better career prospectus.
