CA NON FILING FORM 112

I did my articleship along with Mom distance education without filing form 112. now I have cleared final and need to apply for membership. I request how should I deal with this situation. should I show Mom qualification in membership form. if I do so how much fine will it attract.

To file form 112 with late fee of Rs. 10,000/- if you wish to include M.Com.
