CA new final Course

Actually my CA- final attempt is in Nov09 and i read in recent CA newsletter that first CA final new course examinations are going to held in Nov08 and when i ask Institute for the new course registration they told me that if u want new course registration u have to go for MAY 2010 examinations which i don't want, so pls resolve this query

ya the Institute is right since ur at present registered under the old course ur attempt is after 2 yrs of completion of ur articleship which falls due on NOV'09. But once u switch over to the NEW COURSE u can only appear for ur final exams after 2 1/2 years of ur articleship. Thus getting urself registered under the NEW COURSE will delay ur attempt by 6 months and ur attempt will be on MAY'10.

Appear in old course. It is better. You will save six months.
