I have downloaded my admit form but my photograph and signature are missing. Please help me. I filled my examination form through offline and correctly affixed my photograph and sign correct and now what happend to my photograph and sign . now please help me what are procedures to write exam , can i wait till my physical admitt card reach

No need to worry..
It is valid. However, in such cases where your photograph is not on the admit card, you should carry a photo identity card issued by the Govt. or issued by ICAI at the time of registration as articled assistants, failing which you will not be allowed entry into the examination hall

You can carry the Student I card with such admit card or any identity proof which will help you to appear in exam.
