sir, i m pursuing CA and my articleship is going on ,i have registered myself for two additional courses CS and B.com(IGNOU) .
i want to know that can i continue these courses with my articleship. or if not then what are the actions which can be taken against me?
will i have to cancel my registration of B.com or postpone my exam till i complete my articleship.

You have to take permission from the ICAI in Form 112 if you are doing another course along with CA.

As per icai rules pursuing 2 courses during articleship is illegal
1)when you are in ca article ship you are not eligible to pursue more than one additional course.
2)pursuing one additional course is allowed by taking permission from icai with intimating to icai vide form 112.
Under no circumstances student should not pursue more than one additional course..if student does it ..later date if icai came to know about this serious action will be taken against the student and also on member under which artcleship is taken
icai regularly announcing regarding this practices and please file 112 with one additional course and pursue only one additional course.
