01 September 2013 cannot have COP. if it is taken it will be treated as Professional Misconduct and chance of membership cancelation

Members is service can hold part time COP, but cannot do any audit and certification

I want to apply for Part time membership... how can i apply for the same.. do i need to take permission from institute for the same..
I have not yet taken membership number.. and while filling membership form there is coloum regarding current employment details and whether you want to continue this with COP... so is there any addition requirement for getting Part time COP (Like taking permission from ICAI, other Form etc) if so then please provide details for the same
