If due to unavoidable circumstances it is not possible to give CA final paper in November 2017
Then examination fees is refund or adjusted to may 2018 exam form fees

Examination fees is non-refundable. However, you may write a letter to the claim explaining on detail the "unavoidable circumstances" and request them to refund the same considering the circumstances.
