Dear Sir,
As far as I know if a student is giving continuous exam without gap between them then he can appear in final exams after expiry of 5 years of final registration.
Plz clarify sir

Dear Preetam,
As per icai regulation final registration is valid for 5 years and after that it gets expired and it does not have any relation with no of attempt.
if your registration is passed 5 years then u would not be appear in final exam further
