please tell me the last date of ca final registration for Nov'16 exams.

For final registration there is no such due dates you need to have valid registration by time of filling exam form,
,so decide urself when to register

Yes there is no problem in registering in may 2016 but only problem is what if new w course started implementation,,in such case you can register only in new course in my opinion so take opinion and you wont get any new books if u register may 2016,,as institue publishes only one edition in a year and it is in february and february edition books actually made applicable for nov 2016 exam only,..
so no harm in registration now
