I have cleared my both groups of IPCC( grp I in may13 & grp II in nov13) & I am undergoing articleship as well(articles registered in aug 13). I have not done registration of Finals because of financial issues. Can I register myself for CA Final by april 2015, if I wish to attempt for Finals in May, 2016????

Yes you register yourself in April 2015 if you wish to attempt for Final in May 2016. You can register even 6 months before the relevant term. So in my advice register around September 2015.
