I an ca final student.Currently i am working as an article assistant in delhi..My articleship is under kolkata branch of icai..Do i have to send my registration form to kolkata through courier or i can submit it to vishwasnagar delhi...if i have to send it to kolkata how can i receive study material...plz answer as fast as possible

you can submit anywhere you wish to. if you submit in Vishwas Nagar, then give a local Delhi address on the form

and regarding my draft for whom i have to made payable...to kolkata or delhi

if you are submitting in Delhi, then make it payable in Delhi only.

it needs to be submitted where the firm is. so submit to ICAI Delhi.
