01 August 2013 hello,
I have passed ca intermediate/IPC examination held on 2013 may.I have already completed articleship.

1)Can i appear for the final exam nov 2013?

2)When will i get final registration number from Board of Studies after filing final registration ?

01 August 2013 Immediately you submit your final registration application along with prescribed fee of DD. and you need not to wait for the communication from the ICAI for completion of final registration because of now a days the registration number is unique for all levels of CA so you didn't have any new registration number for your final.

So you can apply for final November 2013 exams with out receipt of registration letter from ICAI. as well as you can submit your exam application form through online, however your examination registration shall proceed as provisional registration(if as per the ICAI registration of ca final not updated as per their system records), however wait upto the last date of submission of exam form to submit your exam form.

Note: if possible then submit your final registration form by hand at the ICAI office then your registration shall be complete fast.
