is it coumpulsory to pass both the group of ipcc before 9 month of final attempt?

In my knowledge it is not a mandatory
two mandatory conditions to attend final exam is
1)he should have valid ca final registration number
2)he is serving his last six months of articleship(i.e, 2.5 years of articleship completed)
You can also confirm with icai regional branch you want
