Ca final november 2016 ,if exam form isnot reached at 26 aug

I speed post exam form ca final but still not reached when i checked from tracking speed post..then what to do? Last date 26 august .means is it compulsory to get dispatched at 26 august? I sm confused.if delhi office receive my exam form on 27/28 August then they will accept or not ? How to solve this problem

Don't worry 26 was last date of filling the form and icai gives around a week for submission of form.
Don't worry and prepare for your examination
