I'm a student of ca final n my exams r due in Nov dis year....sir I want to ki is dere any change in accounts because of companies act 2013 n in which chapters......plzzzz help............

Yes. There are changes. Chapter IX-Accounts of Companies of Companies Act 2013 is applicable for Nov 14 exams. Check out ICAI Notification from Link given below:
