dear sir/madem,
i had appeared in CA Final June 2009 Exam,
as My 2nd Group Papers was not well, & i started my prepration for nov 2009 Exam,
so i wants to know that "how i can find all new case laws (which comes during nov2008 to april 2009) list which may usefull for nov exam.

Ankit you dont need to search much about the recent case laws. What you can do is get the latest supplementry book issued by ICAI. This book comprises of all recent notification and case laws. So you can bank upon this book.
