I want to confirm is there are many changes in law bcoz of new company act?
coaching required or not?
my attempt is on may 2015
If coaching required should I start it now or after nov 14 exams?

ICAI has come out with the notification regarding the partial applicability of Companies Act 2013. 98 Notified section will be applicable for Nov 2014 exams.

As on date 282 Section of Companies Act 2013 are in force. So for may 2015 you can expect at least these 282 sections to be applicable. Still I would advice you to take coaching for law later.
