Ca final exemption

I have appeared exam in nov 14 and got 61 marks in Direct tax. I already have exemption in Costing and it was my 3rd attempt after getting exemption so from next exam I cannot avail exemption. Can I opt for Exemption in Direct tax......in next exam

no this is not possible as if after completing 3 attempts you got the exemption in dt then u could have aaviled it so not available for next attempt as per icai rules.
