ca final exam form - prinicpal signature ?!

i had just filled the online exam form for ca final and took the printout.it says on the second page that the photo is to be certified by the PRINCIPAL.i completed my articleship in chennai and now staying in my native place.do i have to go to my principal to the signature or can any member of icai do it? pls help

13 August 2010 You can get it attested by any other practising CA, if ur articleship is over.

Only those who are presently undergoing articleship are required to get certified by their principals.
