09 August 2010 Can any one suggest me regarding the signing of exam application?
I had completed my articles, no i need to give my attempt in Nov 2010. Nw who can sign the application form - Any CA or only those persons who are in practice.

09 August 2010 In case, the articleship is over, then exam form can be signed by any active member of ICAI.

09 August 2010 Any member of ICAI can sign the application. Not necessary that the member signing such application should be in practice.

09 August 2010 Agree with Rahul ji , during article period sign should be only by principal.
after completion of articleship, exam form can be signed by any practicing member of ICAI.
