Sir,
My nice was pursuing Ca course she passed IPCC first group may 2011 & her articalship was started from 18 aug 2011, she appeared 2 group may2014 results awaited, if she passed out can she appear in final nov.2014 exams.

As per ICAI rule during the last 6 months of CA articleship a CA aspirant can appear for examination. Keeping in view the above rule she can appear in nov.2014 exams. I assume that she has completed uninterrupted articleship for prescribed period.
