Dear Seniors,
I have bought Law(CA Final) study material & practice manual which is applicable for Nov'14. But, when I go through it, there were references given of Companies Act,1956 through the entire pages.There are references of Sections of Companies Act,2013 & that of Companies Act,1956 in the initial pages of the book.
I want to ask what sections should we mention in answer sheet ? Which reference of section should we give ? Either of Companies Act,2013 or of Companies Act,1956 ?
How to proceed while studying syllabus of Law with reference to the provisions made under sections?
Previously I had also gone through annoucement made by ICAI in this regard,but,still want to get clarity in this regard...
