CA final attempt for PCC convert students from PEII.

21 October 2009 I cleared my PEI in may 2004.thereafter i cleared my PEII 2nd group in Nov 2007.due 2 exaust of 5 consecutive attempts, got converted 2 PCC course.I also get my Articleship started.I cleared my 1st group in may 2009 in PCC course.my question is when i will get my final attempt.whether it will b after completion of 2 yrs of articleship or after completion of entire articleship i.e after 3 and half yrs.
