19 August 2014 sir I registered my self as a article at 26-04-12, and make a transfer at 19-04-13 and rejoin my new employer at 20-04-13 but when I received termination letter from icai, it mentioned 45 excess leave because employer write down more leave in my form 109, so sir it will effect my Nov 14 attemp or?

19 August 2014 yes it may affect as u need to complete continous period of 2 yrs n 6 months training to become eligible for ca final exam

19 August 2014 but sir there is no break in my articleship period, because I join the articleship next day under my new employer

19 August 2014 icai will take the day cal as per their records and u need to ask them once b4 filling form for nov exam

19 August 2014 you need to compute your eligibility on the basis of combined leaves with the previous CA and current firm's records. If the combined leaves do result in excess leaves and pushing completion of articleship beyond 30 April 2015, then you wont be eligible for Nov 14
