I have cleared both groups of ipcc in may 2013, but I have not yet registered for ca final! will I be eligible for ca final may 2016?

AFTER GETING REGISTRATION YOU WILL HAVE TO COMPLETE 24 MONTH ARTICLE SHIP TRAINING AFTER THAT YOU WILL BE ELIGIBLE FOR FINAL EXAM

it depends on when you started articleship

however as you have started articles after passing bothgroups you have to register for ca final also till then icai may not register your articleship...
