14 October 2013 i started my articleship in april 13 after clearing both groups of ipcc, but i have not received any articleship registration letter yet.
whether i have to first register myself for ca final for articleship registration?

I want to clarify that there is no time gap is specified for final registration. You should have a valid final registration number at the time of filing of Final examination form with Institute.

As per Regulation 50 of the CA Regulations, 1988, a student will be eligible to appear in Final Exam, after completing of 30 months (2 Years and 6 months) of article ship.

14 October 2013 You can register for CA finals later,
there is no restriction for the registration within some prescribed time..

You can register for CA finals at least before filling CA final exams form..

will there be any need of articleship regn letter for transfer?

14 October 2013 The articled assistants are required to get the consent 109 signed by the Principal in their own interest.
