Ca exam form whether possible attested by ca doing job?

Whether it is possible to attest ca exam form by a c.a. doing job without having C.O.P.and not having stamp.ca exam form is valid or not by signature only by ca with membership number doing job.

29 April 2014 stamp is not required. any CA with active membership of ICAI, can sign your form.

But sir i read one of the reply also received by Sandeep Dharar, he said stamp must required. now i am confused.

29 April 2014 read the form. It is pretty clear that CA is only required to Sign whereas gazetted officer is required to put his stamp.
