06 October 2015 Hi all experts, I just wanted to know that my younger brother has just stepped into CA IPCC, after clearing his CA cpt exam. so if he opt of doing CS instead of bcom then can he do as per icai regulations... please help urgently.. 9921063657

06 October 2015 yes, he can do either B.com Or C.S with C.A
and as per ICAI guidline he has to get prior permission before joining such course
if he is in articalship. other wise some penalty will be levied if further ICAI comes to know. for detailed information
