No. You can take COP (Certificate of Practice) of either of the two and not both.

after getting certificcate of prctise from ca cs institute can i do audit work like ca and sign paper like cs in practise

Yes you can do audit work but you can not sign in the capacity of a CA as you are a practicing company secretary.
