In view of strict provisions of ICAI it is not advisable to get registration under CS course without filing form 112. However late intimation through filing of form 112 is possible.

I Have Only Registered For CS Executive And Not Applied For The Exams.
I Have Gone Through The Link. I Understood Many Points Under It. But I Didn't Got Any Data Regarding Pursuance Of PROFESSIONAL Course With CA. So Can You Give Me A Simplified Answer Considering All My Conditions.

Further as CS is a professional course, you can not pursue the same without prior permission of ICAI.
So file a fresh form 112 and fill CS as additional course.
There is no point mentioning B. Com in form 112.
