sir i hav registered for cpt and got the registration number....
now do i hav to fill any other form to give cpt exam in june 2014

Yes u must have to fill up the examination form to appear in the exam. Well the last day for exam form submission for June attempt is over. Now u can apply for Dec'14. U may visit the following link:-
