Yes. But again with new syllabus of CA Final a lot of things are addressed.

Yes, A CA degree in worth enough and it will give you all name, maoney and fame.
However CPA will add on the qualification and your chances will be bright in US and related MNCs.
Still it depends upon individual preference also
