CA certificate in respect of EPCG

28 December 2007 Hi friends,

Could you please let me know the details in respect of CA certificate for EPCG export obligation? One of the client company has fulfilled export obligation of eight times of duty saved in respect of import made in 2007 dec.When should the certificate be obtained from CA in appendix 9a and 22.Is there any guidance book available?

Please advice me in this regard.

28 December 2007 Since the client has fulfilled the EPCG condition he has to obtain EDOC for the same he requires the CA Certificate. The Bank Guarantees will be released only after submission of EDOC.

To offer Certificate so that the client does not face any problem from DGFT and Customs. You may refer Foreign Trade Policy and Procedures + Latest amendments issued thereof from the date of issuance of EPCG licence till the date EO is fullfilled.

29 October 2020 please share format of CA certificate for EPCG licence extension application. also which category to be selected to create/download UDIN no.?
