15 September 2012 Sir,
I am doing articleship in jalgaon city, and completed 1 year and 2 months. but now due to some problem between my principal and me I want to tranfer my articleship. My family resides in Jalgaon and my brother in Nasik. Sir my question is whether i can transer myself to Nasik ? If yes then what will be the procedure...? plz help its urgent

15 September 2012 get the form from the institute's office. Fill the same, get the signature of the employer and submit.

16 September 2012 Thank you for your valuable reply. but sir, is this reason sufficient for tranfer ? and should i have to add my name in rationing card of my brother ?

17 September 2012 Let the Institute decide whether this is genuine or not. Whatever was in your hand, you have already done.. now keep the rest for ICAI to do.
